We Jess Care, LLC is a privately owned home safety and modification consulting business based in Montgomery, Alabama. We are here to assist you with aging in your home environment safely and empower confident caregivers. Our compassionate occupational therapist is dedicated to helping you or your family member by providing individualized recommendations for your home to improve your safety, reduce fall risks and allow you to safely stay in the environment you feel most comfortable. We provide home safety assessments, cost effective home modification recommendations, caregiver coaching and hospital to home consultations.
